Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the pojo-accessibility domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Troubleshooting

Invignome tests every single pen that comes out of the production line! Our faulty pen ratio stands at 1 promil! This means that only one pen out of 1000 pens produced are faulty.

So why do we need a troubleshooting page? It’s because making the perfect PAP Pen is a mixed blessing: If you allow air in (or out) it will dry off eventually – and if you want a longer shelflife you need it air tight. It’s a catch22!

The new Invignome’s PAP Pen is a hermatically sealed container – which allows for a much longer shelflife – with a catch. A small catch: a airtight container means that below 25C our unique Pap Pen formulation will form a slight vacuum and the GnomePen will not flow. Above 35C it will overflow and make wider lines. That’s basic physics for you – but that is easily remedied!

There is a two second solution to this slight issue: Clockwise unscrew the white tip one full turn, and then rescrew it counterclockwise. This will equalize the pressures and allow for instant proper function. You can see how to do this in our troubleshootign video:

We hope this helps – if not please contact us or consult directly with our HelpDesk: info@invignome.com

Good luck with your experiments
